LATS is available only to accounts expressly authorized by its owner. You must provide accurate account information, protect your password, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

You retain responsibility for the ideas, documents, messages, research, and other content you add or connect. You confirm that you have the right to use that content and authorize LATS to store and process it only as needed to provide the service.

LATS preserves source provenance and may create summaries, classifications, citations, tasks, and proposed changes derived from workspace content. Historical sources are not silently rewritten.

Google Drive and Gmail features require separate authorization through Google. Your use of those services remains subject to Google's terms and policies. You may revoke LATS's Google access through your Google Account settings.

Drive access is used to read research files you authorize. Gmail access is used for user-directed research import and drafting or sending email. Sending requires an explicit confirmation in LATS.

LATS may use AI services to organize evidence, answer questions, and assist research. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and must not be treated as professional, legal, financial, medical, or other expert advice. Users remain responsible for verifying sources and making founder decisions.

You may not use LATS to violate law, infringe another person's rights, gain unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, interfere with the service, send spam, or process information you are not authorized to use.

LATS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, pause, or stop. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, preservation of every record, or that every generated result will be accurate.

Access may be suspended or terminated to protect the workspace, comply with law, address misuse, or at the owner's discretion. Users may stop using LATS and request account or data deletion by contacting us.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LATS and its owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, opportunities, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms as LATS changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The effective date above identifies the current version.
