Privacy Policy

We collect account information needed to provide access, such as your email address, display name, authentication records, and workspace membership.

We store information that authorized users add to LATS, including startup ideas, tasks, questions, decisions, research notes, documents, source passages, conversations, and activity history.

We may also collect basic operational information needed to secure and maintain the service, such as timestamps, connection status, error details, and audit records.

If you connect Google Drive, LATS requests read-only access to files you select or authorize for research. It uses that access to list, read, import, organize, index, and search those files inside your private workspace.

If you connect Gmail, LATS accesses research-related messages matching the import you initiate. It may read message content and attachments, organize them as cited sources, and prepare draft email content. LATS requires an explicit user action before sending email.

LATS does not use Google user data for advertising. It does not sell Google user data or allow humans to read it except when necessary to provide support requested by a user, investigate abuse or security issues, comply with applicable law, or where the user has given permission.

• Provide, secure, and maintain the private workspace.
• Organize research and make authorized sources searchable.
• Show citations, provenance, activity, open tasks, and decision history.
• Generate user-requested summaries, research outputs, and proposed next actions.
• Prevent duplicate imports, troubleshoot errors, and protect against misuse.

When an authorized user asks LATS to summarize, search, classify, or research, relevant workspace content may be sent to the application's configured AI service to produce that requested result. LATS limits retrieved material to the authorized workspace and excludes quarantined material from normal research retrieval.

Workspace information is available only to authorized workspace members and services used to operate requested LATS features. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or during a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

LATS uses access controls, workspace separation, authenticated connections, and audit records to limit access. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Information is retained while needed to provide the workspace and preserve its research history. Authorized users may disconnect Google access, quarantine imported material, or request deletion. Some audit, backup, or legal records may remain for a limited period where reasonably necessary.

You may disconnect LATS from your Google Account at any time through your Google Account security settings. Disconnecting stops future access but does not automatically remove information already imported into LATS.

You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete your information by contacting us. Workspace records may also be subject to the choices of the other authorized workspace member.

LATS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

LATS is not intended for children under 13. We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above will identify the current version.
